The backing on this is pretty poor. Doesn't hold the pin firmly enough. Lost the kitty pin on the first day...somewhere in NYC. Poor Kitty. I hope he finds a good home. LOL! *******UPDATE******** To my pleasant surprise! Another kitty showed up. Honestly, Yanna reached out to me and sent another beautiful pin. I had not expected that, but she did! And I'm forever grateful. Now, that's customer service! Thank you Yanna!!
